  • Where's my order?

All orders have tracking and are sent out within 1-3 days, depending on holidays or weekends; we are a 1-person operation.

  • What if I just want a digital download?
If you only want to purchase a digital download, please go direct to the band. Otherwise, all physical items come with a digital download.
  • How do you ship items?
All physical media is shipped via USPS - other, non-music, items might be shipped using other services.
Our releases are available directly from us, at wholesale, for retailers in the United States and Canada. Stiff Slack Records will have all releases in Japan.
  • Can I send you my demo?

Of course - we listen to everything, but can't promise a reply. We're selective about our releases, but always looking for something new!

    • Why is my vinyl crackly or warped?
    New vinyl played for the first time can often have cracks and pops, since it's the first time a needle is going through the grooves. It will go away after a play or two. Slight warping is also normal, to an extent, but if your vinyl arrives extremely warped please contact us.
